The Navigators is a program for teens between the ages 14-19. It is designed to help teenagers learn leadership, boundaries and healthy habits. It combines group training with outdoor adventure. The training groups are lead by qualified mental health professions and individuals who need to build self-confidence, self-esteem, self-awereness, leadership skills and a focus in life. Members are encouraged to work with sponsors to help them explore career options in life.
